1. Getting to Know You
If this is your first project with Lightbox, we will send you a short company questionnaire to find out all about your company, image, competition, plans and goals. If you are located in the Eugene OR area, we encourage you to take advantage of the free half hour consultation with our designer to meet face to face and discuss your project ideas and company needs.
2. Projects
Getting your project from conception to completion is fast and easy. Just email us the purpose, budget, audience, vision, and application of your ideas. We will contact you right away with a project quote and timeline. Turnaround time for initial concepts is usually within 4 business days. All designs are reviewed with the client for revisions to ensure satisfaction. Design revisions can be expected within 2 business days.
3. Billing and Rates
Projects may be charged on an hourly or per-project basis depending on your needs and the type of project. Project rates (except for packages) vary for each project. All billing is handled electronically via email.
